Ximena Hodge Urenda

Ximena Hodge is a Chilean educator, coach, and social entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in education, human development, and guiding both personal and collective transformation processes. She is the co-founder of ENROKA, a women-led social innovation startup that prepares individuals, companies, and communities to embrace active, joyful, and purposeful longevity—drawing inspiration from the principles of the Blue Zones.

Ximena promotes a renewed vision of aging: as a stage of life filled with purpose, community, and new opportunities. From the Los Lagos Region in southern Chile, she and her team are leading a territorial pilot aimed at adapting the Blue Zones framework to the Latin American context, with the goal of laying the foundations for the first Blue Zone-inspired cities on the continent.
